Only 24 days until we leave from Miami for Vienna!  Whenever I take a trip I feel like my whole life and house have to be in order.  This time my time to do all those silly things was shortened because  my Dr. directed  me to recline on the couch with an infected foot with ice packs.  I am up and about now and thinking I might not have time to be the perfect housekeeper which might be a lovely thing!   

Here we are in our first picture post.  We haven't left yet, we are just getting ready.  We are reading up on the spots we will visit and getting our clothes selected, discarded, and reselected.  Of course, I want to lose 20 pounds before we go, but I don't think that's going to happen.  Mom is working on healing up her ankle so she will be in tiptop exploring condition!

In less than a month we will be headed out on our big adventure! We are practicing signing in and posting text as well as pictures! Wish us luck!
